Scope of Work:
Project improvements include removing existing asphalt and resurfacing the intersection, installing a new signalized intersection with mast arms, adding crosswalks on both sides of the intersection to provide access across Pembroke Road, installing eight countdown pedestrian signals, replacing drainage structures on Oleander Drive just south of Pembroke Road, and installing approximately 112 feet of sidewalk on the west side of Oleander Drive just south of Pembroke Road.
