The Public Meeting was offered in two different formats: virtual and in-person.
The virtual (online) Public Meeting was held via GoToWebinar.
The in-person Public Meeting took place at the City of Fort Pierce - Commission Chambers, located at 100 N U.S. Highway 1 Fort Pierce, FL 34950. The latest social distancing guidelines were followed.

Scope of Work:
- Repaving and restriping the roadway
- Reconstructing pedestrian sidewalk curb-ramps
- Replacing signing and pavement markings
- Upgrading lighting at the intersection of N 25 Street and Juanita Avenue, and at St. Lucie Boulevard to improve pedestrian lighting at the crosswalks
Construction Impacts:
- Work will be done in phases to reduce the effects of construction on the community
- Temporary lane closures will occur during non-peak hours to minimize impacts on traffic
- Pedestrian detours will be provided during sidewalk closures
