Scope of Work:
- Repave the existing roadway to improve the resiliency of our infrastructure
- Add “shared lane” pavement markings to help alert drivers that bicyclists may be present and are allowed to use the entire traffic lane
- Replace and upgrade signs and pavement markings to meet current standards and increase reflectivity
- Reconstruct damaged sidewalks and pull boxes to improve mobility and access
- Upgrade pedestrian curb ramps to add detectible warning surfaces where they are missing to meet ADA at various intersections
Construction Impacts:
- Work will be done in phases to reduce the effects of construction on the community
- Temporary lane closures will be required during non-peak hours
- Pedestrian traffic will be maintained at all times
- Access to properties along the corridor will be maintained during construction
