Scope of Work
Project improvements included modifying the center lane of the exit ramp to accommodate dual left and dual right turn movements, reshaping the median to accommodate dual left turn movements to westbound Atlantic Boulevard, removing old asphalt and resurfacing Atlantic Boulevard within the project limits, upgrading existing traffic signals to mast arms, installing advanced warning flashers in both directions of Atlantic Boulevard to notify motorists of the signal at the exit ramp, installing a new light post along eastbound Atlantic Boulevard, and upgrading signs and pavement markings.
