I-95 Interchange Improvements at Woolbright Road

Restrictions:

I-95 southbound, between Boynton Beach Boulevard and West Atlantic Avenue, will be closed, nightly, with the first lane closing at 9 p.m., the second lane closing 10 p.m. and the third lane, if needed, closing 12:30 a.m., until 5 a.m., Sunday night through Friday morning, through May. Woolbright Road, from SW 8th Street to SW 2nd Street, will have one lane closed in each direction, nightly, 9 p.m. until 5 a.m., Sunday night through Friday morning, through May. The north sidewalk on Woolbright Road, between SW 8th Street and SW 2ndStreet, is closed completely through May 2018 for construction activities. Pedestrians will be detoured to the south sidewalk; signage is in place to assist.


I-95 Interchange at Hypoluxo Road

Restrictions:

The outside lanes of I-95 southbound, between Lantana Road and Hypoluxo Road, will be closed, nightly, with the first lane closing at 9 p.m., the second lane closing 10 p.m. and the third lane, if needed, closing 12:30 a.m., until 5 a.m., Sunday night through Friday morning, through May. Hypoluxo Road, from Seacrest Boulevard to just west of the I-95 southbound exit ramp, will have two lanes closed in each direction, nightly, 9 p.m. until 5 a.m., Sunday night through Friday morning, through May. The north sidewalk of Hypoluxo Road, from Seacrest Boulevard to just west of I-95, is closed for construction activities; pedestrians will be detoured via the south sidewalk. Hypoluxo Road, from Seacrest Boulevard to just west of I-95, is shifted to the outside to allow for median construction.


I-95 Interchange Improvements at 10th Avenue North

Restrictions:

The inside lanes of I-95 northbound and southbound, between Forest Hill Boulevard and 6th Ave., will be closed, nightly, with the first lane closing at 9 p.m., the second lane closing 10 p.m. and the third lane, if needed, closing 12:30 a.m., until 5 a.m., Sunday night through Friday morning, through May. 10th Avenue North, from Barnett Drive to North A Street, will have two lanes closed in each direction, nightly, as needed (eastbound and westbound will not be closed at the same time), 9 p.m. until 5 a.m., Sunday night through Friday morning, through May. The south sidewalk on 10th Avenue North, between Barnett Drive and North A Street, is closed completely through April 22 for construction activities. Pedestrians will be detoured to the north sidewalk; signage is in place to assist. Advanced notice: As part of the widening of 10th Avenue North, the north sidewalk will undergo a full closure for approximately three months, beginning 6 a.m., Monday morning, April 23, 2018. Pedestrian traffic will be detoured to the south sidewalk, with crossing guards providing assistance at Barnett Drive and North A Street during school hours.


Boynton Beach Boulevard at Winchester Park Boulevard

Restrictions:

There are no lane closure restrictions for this project; the contractor may be on-site closing lanes at any time. However, the following lane closures can be expected: One outside lane of Boynton Beach Boulevard at Winchester Park Boulevard may be closed, either eastbound or westbound, daily, 9 a.m. until 4:30 p.m., or nightly, 9 p.m. until 6 a.m., Sunday night through Friday, through early summer 2018. One outside lane of Winchester Park Boulevard at Boynton Beach Boulevard may be closed, either northbound or southbound, daily, 9 a.m. until 4:30 p.m., or nightly, 9 p.m. until 6 a.m., Sunday night through Friday, through early summer 2018. Military Trail, from just south of Lake Worth Road to just south of Southern Boulevard

Restrictions:

One lane of Military Trail may be closed in each direction, daily, 9 a.m. until 3 p.m., with up to two lanes closed nightly, 9 p.m. until 6 a.m., Sunday night through Friday, through summer 2018. Please note: Intersections within the project limits from Southern Boulevard to Lake Worth Road may have additional east/west intermittent lane and turn lane closures, nightly, 9 p.m. until 6 a.m., Sunday night through Friday morning, through April, for paving operations. Southern Boulevard (State Road 80) Bridge Replacement Project

Restrictions:

Bridge: The north sidewalk on the Southern Boulevard Bridge is closed until further notice. Pedestrians should use the south sidewalk.

Marine Restrictions:

The navigable Intracoastal Waterway (ICCW) through the Southern Boulevard Bridge will have full-channel closures from Monday, April 9, to Monday, April 30. A double-span opening (full channel open) may be requested between Tuesday, April 17, and Monday, April 30, if four-hour notice is provided by calling Clay Bores, Project Superintendent, at (407) 488-0738. Flagler Memorial Bridge Replacement Project

Restrictions:

Flagler Memorial Bridge and Quadrille Boulevard between Olive Avenue and Flagler Drive will have intermittent single-lane closures from 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 17, and Wednesday, April 18. Flagler Drive between Fourth Street and Seventh Street will have intermittent single-lane closures from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Thursday, April 19. Flaggers will maintain traffic in remaining open lanes as permanent striping is installed on the roadways.

Marine Restrictions:

During presidential visits, the Flagler Memorial Bridge will open once an hour at the quarter hour between 2:15 p.m. and 5:15 p.m. on weekdays.
