I-95 Interchange Improvements at Woolbright Road

Restrictions:

I-95 southbound, between Boynton Beach Boulevard and West Atlantic Avenue, will be closed, nightly, with the first lane closing at 9 p.m., the second lane closing 10 p.m. and the third lane, if needed, closing 12:30 a.m., until 5 a.m., Sunday through Thursday. Woolbright Road, from SW 8th Street to SW 2nd Street, will have one lane closed in each direction, nightly, 9 p.m. until 5 a.m., Sunday through Thursday. The north sidewalk on Woolbright Road, between SW 8th Street and SW 2nd Street, is closed completely through December for construction activities. Pedestrians will detour to the south sidewalk; signage is in place to assist.

Ramp Impacts:

The I-95 southbound exit ramp to Woolbright Road will be closed, nightly, as needed, 9 p.m. until 5 a.m., Sunday through Thursday. Traffic will be detoured via Boynton Beach Boulevard. The I-95 southbound entrance ramp from Woolbright Road will be closed, nightly, as needed, 9 p.m. until 5 a.m., Sunday through Thursday. Traffic will be detoured via Congress Avenue and Atlantic Avenue. The I-95 northbound entrance ramp from Woolbright Road will be closed, nightly, as needed, 9 p.m. until 5 a.m., Sunday through Thursday. Please note: The southbound I-95 exit ramp to and southbound I-95 entrance ramp from Woolbright Road will not be closed at the same time. I-95 Interchange at Hypoluxo Road

Restrictions:

The outside lanes of I-95 southbound, between Lantana Road and Hypoluxo Road, will be closed, nightly, with the first lane closing at 9 p.m., the second lane closing 10 p.m. and the third lane, if needed, closing 12:30 a.m., until 5 a.m., Sunday through Thursday. Hypoluxo Road, from Seacrest Boulevard to just west of the I-95 southbound exit ramp, will have two lanes closed in each direction, nightly, 9 p.m. until 5 a.m., Sunday through Thursday.

The southbound I-95 exit ramp to Hypoluxo Road will undergo a full closure, nightly, as needed, 9 p.m. until 5 a.m., Sunday through Thursday. Traffic will be detoured via Lantana Road. The southbound I-95 entrance ramp from Hypoluxo Road will undergo a full closure, nightly, as needed, 9 p.m. until 5 a.m., Sunday through Thursday. Restrictions:

The inside lanes of I-95 northbound and southbound, between Forest Hill Boulevard and 6th Avenue, will be closed, nightly, with the first lane closing at 9 p.m., the second lane closing 10 p.m. and the third lane, if needed, closing 12:30 a.m., until 5 a.m., Sunday through Thursday. 10th Avenue North, from Barnett Drive to North A Street, will have two lanes closed in each direction, nightly, as needed (eastbound and westbound will not be closed at the same time), 9 p.m. until 5 a.m., Sunday through Thursday. As part of the widening of 10th Avenue North, the north sidewalk is closed through December 2018.

The I-95 southbound entrance ramp from 10th Avenue North will undergo a full closure, nightly, as needed, Sunday through Thursday. The I-95 southbound exit ramp to 10th Avenue North will undergo a full closure, nightly, as needed, Sunday through Thursday. Traffic will be detoured via Forest Hill Boulevard. Southern Boulevard (State Road 80) Bridge Replacement Project

Restrictions:

There are no lane closures at this time. During presidential visits, the south sidewalk on Southern Boulevard and right-turn lane between Flagler Drive and Washington Road will be closed. Pedestrians will be detoured to the north sidewalk.

Marine Restrictions:

The navigable Intracoastal Waterway (ICCW) through the Southern Boulevard Bridge will have half-channel closures from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday. A full channel opening may be requested at other times if four-hour notice is provided by calling Project Superintendent Clay Bores at (407) 488-0738. During half-channel closures, the horizontal clearance through the bridge is 40 feet. The Southern Boulevard Bridge opens for marine traffic twice per hour at 15 minutes and 45 minutes past the hour. State Road 80/Southern Boulevard, from Pike Road to Florida’s Turnpike northbound ramps

State Road 80/Southern Boulevard and Lyons Road/Sansbury’s Way

Restrictions:

The outside eastbound lane of Southern Boulevard from Access 5 (eastern entrance of the South Florida Fairgrounds) to east of Lyons Roads may be closed from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. nightly between Monday, Dec. 10, and Wednesday, Dec.12, for installation of barrier wall. The east sidewalk on Sansbury’s Way/Lyons Road is closed until further notice. To accommodate roadway and bridge widening, the northbound right-turn lanes from Lyons Road to Southern Boulevard and from Southern Boulevard to the Shoppes at Southern Palms are closed until further notice. The dual left-turn lanes from eastbound Southern Boulevard to northbound Sansbury’s Way have been reduced to one lane until further notice.
