Current I-95 lane closures in Palm Beach County

I-95 from south of SW 10th Street to south of Glades Road

Restrictions:

I-95 will have three lanes closed in each direction nightly, as needed, Monday through Thursday, between SW 10th Street and Glades Road, with the first lane closing at 9:30 p.m., the second lane closing at 10:30 p.m., and the third lane closing at 11:30 p.m. until 5:30 a.m.

Palmetto Park Road at I-95 will have two lanes closed in each direction nightly, as needed, Monday through Thursday. The first lane will close at 9 p.m., and the second lane will close at 10:30 p.m. All lanes will be opened by 5:30 a.m.

Palmetto Park Road at I-95 will have one lane closed in each direction daily, as needed, 9:30 a.m. until 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Camino Real at I-95 will have one lane closed in each direction daily, as needed, 9:30 a.m. until 4 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Ramp Impact:

The I-95 northbound exit ramp to Palmetto Park Road will be closed nightly, 11 p.m. until 5 a.m., Monday through Thursday. Motorists will be detoured via I-95 northbound, Hillsboro Boulevard, and Military Trail. FHP will be on site to assist motorists.

The I-95 southbound entrance ramp from westbound Palmetto Park Road will be closed nightly, 11 p.m. until 5 a.m., Monday through Thursday. Motorists will be detoured via Military Trail and Hillsboro Boulevard. FHP will be on site to assist motorists.

The I-95 southbound entrance ramp from eastbound Palmetto Park Road will be closed nightly, 11 p.m. until 5 a.m., Monday through Thursday. Motorists will be detoured via Military Trail and Hillsboro Boulevard. FHP will be on site to assist motorists.

The northbound entrance ramp from eastbound and westbound Palmetto Park Road will be closed nightly, 11 p.m. until 5 a.m., Monday through Thursday. Traffic will be detoured via I-95 southbound to Hillsboro Boulevard to I-95 northbound.

The I-95 southbound entrance ramp from eastbound Hillsboro Boulevard will be closed nightly, 11 p.m. until 5 a.m., Monday through Thursday. Motorists will be detoured via Military Trail and SW 10th Street. FHP will be on site to assist motorists.

The I-95 northbound entrance ramp from eastbound Hillsboro Boulevard will be closed nightly, 11 p.m. until 5 a.m., Monday through Thursday. Motorists will be detoured via Military Trail and Palmetto Park Road. FHP will be on site to assist motorists.

The I-95 northbound entrance ramp from westbound Hillsboro Boulevard will be closed nightly, 11 p.m. until 5 a.m., Monday through Thursday. Motorists will be detoured via Military Trail and Palmetto Park Road. FHP will be on site to assist motorists.

The I-95 northbound exit ramp to eastbound Hillsboro Boulevard will be closed nightly, 11 p.m. until 5 a.m., Monday through Thursday. Motorists will be detoured via Palmetto Park Road and South Dixie Highway. FHP will be on site to assist motorists. Please note that ramp closures will be performed as needed per nighttime construction operations; consecutive ramps will not be closed at the same time.

The northbound entrance ramp from eastbound and westbound Palmetto Park Road will be closed nightly, 11 p.m. until 5 a.m., Monday through Thursday. Traffic will be detoured via I-95 southbound to Hillsboro Boulevard to I-95 northbound.

The I-95 southbound entrance ramp from eastbound Hillsboro Boulevard will be closed nightly, 11 p.m. until 5 a.m., Monday through Thursday. Motorists will be detoured via Military Trail and SW 10th Street. FHP will be on site to assist motorists.

I-95 from south of Glades Road to south of Linton Boulevard and SR 808/Glades Road from Renaissance Way to West University Drive in the Cities of Boca Raton and Delray Beach (95 Express Phase 3B-2)

Restrictions:

I-95 will have up to four lanes closed in each direction nightly as needed for paving, Monday through Thursday, 9 p.m. until 5:30 a.m. The first lane will close at 9 p.m., the second lane will close at 10 p.m., and the third and fourth lane will close at 11 p.m. until 5:30 a.m.

Construction Open House/Public Meeting Advanced Notice: The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) will hold a Public Meeting and Construction Open House for this project at the Spanish River Library, 1501 NW Spanish River Boulevard, Boca Raton, FL 33431 in January 2020. The meeting will be held from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. A formal presentation is scheduled at 6 p.m. with a Question & Answer Session immediately following. Members of the project team will be available to answer specific questions. No work on the Glades Road Interchange will begin until after the Public Meeting is held. Public participation is solicited without regard to race, color, national origin, age, sex, religion, disability, or family status. I-95 Interchange Improvements at Atlantic Avenue

Restrictions:

Atlantic Avenue from 13th Avenue to NW 23rd Avenue will have two through lanes closed daily, as needed, 10 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. and nightly, as needed, 9 p.m. until 5 a.m., Monday through Thursday.

The Atlantic Avenue north sidewalk from 12th Avenue to NW 23 Avenue is closed completely for roadway reconstruction. Pedestrians will be detoured to the south sidewalk via existing crosswalks.

Congress Avenue from NW 1st Street to Atlantic Avenue may have one lane closed in either direction nightly, as needed, 9 p.m. until 5 a.m., Monday through Thursday.

Improvements of Gateway Boulevard at SR-9/I-95 From east of High Ridge Road to east of I-95 in the City of Boynton Beach

Restrictions:

Construction Open House Advanced Notice: The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) will hold a Construction Open House for this project at the Ezell Hester, Jr. Community Park Center Meeting Room, 1901 North Seacrest Boulevard, Boynton Beach, FL 33435 on Wednesday, Dec. 4 from 4 until 6 p.m. The meeting will have an informal format; no formal presentation will be made. Guests may arrive anytime between 4 and 6 p.m. Members of the project team will be available to answer specific questions. Please see Open House flyer attached. This project is anticipated to begin on Monday, January 6, 2020.


I-95 Milling & Resurfacing from north of Atlantic Avenue to north of Gateway Boulevard

Restrictions:

I-95 between Atlantic Avenue and Gateway Boulevard will have up to three lanes closed in each direction nightly, as needed, Monday through Thursday, up to 3 lanes will close at 9 p.m., the fourth lane, if needed, will close at 11:30 p.m., until 5 a.m.  

The I-95 northbound entrance ramp from Boynton Beach Boulevard will be closed nightly, 11:30 p.m. until 5 a.m., Monday through Thursday. Eastbound traffic will be detoured via US-1 to Gateway Boulevard and west to I-95. Westbound traffic will be detoured via Congress Avenue north to Gateway Boulevard and east to I-95.

The I-95 southbound entrance ramp from Boynton Beach Boulevard will be closed nightly, 11:30 p.m. until 5 a.m., Monday through Thursday. Eastbound traffic will be detoured via US-1, south to Woolbright Road and west to I-95. Westbound traffic will be detoured via Congress Avenue, south to Woolbright Road, and east to I-95.

The I-95 southbound exit ramp to Boynton Beach Boulevard will be closed nightly, 11:30 p.m. until 5:00 a.m., Monday through Thursday. Southbound traffic will be detoured via Woolbright Road to Congress Avenue or via US-1 and Boynton Beach Boulevard.

The I-95 northbound exit ramp to Boynton Beach Boulevard will be closed nightly, 11:30 p.m. until 5:00 a.m., Monday through Thursday. I-95 northbound traffic will be detoured via Gateway Boulevard to Congress Avenue or via US-1 and Boynton Beach Boulevard.

The I-95 northbound exit ramp to Woolbright Road will be closed nightly, 11:30 p.m. until 5:00 a.m., Monday through Thursday. I-95 northbound traffic will be detoured via Boynton Beach Boulevard to Congress Avenue or via US-1 and Woolbright Road.

The I-95 southbound exit ramp to Woolbright Road will be closed nightly, 11:30 p.m. until 5:00 a.m., Monday through Thursday. I-95 southbound traffic will be detoured via Boynton Beach Boulevard to Congress Avenue or via US-1 and Woolbright Road.

The I-95 northbound entrance ramp from Gateway Boulevard will be closed nightly, as needed, 11:30 p.m. until 5 a.m., Monday through Thursday. Eastbound traffic will be detoured via Hypoluxo Road, US-1 and I-95. Westbound traffic will be detoured via Hypoluxo Road, Congress Avenue and I-95.

The I-95 southbound entrance ramp from Gateway Boulevard will be closed nightly, as needed, 11:30 p.m. until 5 a.m., Monday through Thursday. Eastbound traffic will be detoured via US-1, Woolbright Road and I-95. Westbound traffic will be detoured via Congress Avenue, Woolbright Road and I-95.

The I-95 southbound exit ramp to Gateway Boulevard will be closed nightly, as needed, 11:30 p.m. until 5:00 a.m., Monday through Thursday. Southbound traffic will be detoured via Hypoluxo Road to Congress Avenue or via US-1 and Gateway Boulevard.

The I-95 northbound exit ramp to Gateway Boulevard will be closed nightly, as needed, 11:30 p.m. until 5:00 a.m., Monday through Thursday. I-95 northbound traffic will be detoured via Hypoluxo Road to Congress Avenue or via US-1 and Gateway Boulevard. Please note that consecutive ramps will not be closed at the same time.
