Current Construction Lane Closures in Indian River County

17th Street Shoulder Widening & Resurfacing

Restrictions:

  • The outside westbound lane of 17th Street from U.S. 1 to 6th Avenue is closed around the clock for shoulder widening.

  • The outside eastbound lane of 17th Street from U.S. 1 to just east of Indian River Boulevard is closed around the clock for shoulder widening.

  • Intermittent sidewalk closures may occur along 17th Street from U.S. 1 to Indian River Boulevard for widening and utility work. Detour signage will be in place to direct pedestrian traffic.

  • One lane in either direction of U.S. 1 at the 17th Street intersection may be intermittently closed Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. for curb operations.

  • One lane in either direction of Indian River Boulevard at the 17th Street intersection may be intermittently closed Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. for curb operations.

  • One lane in either direction of 17th Street may be closed nightly, Sunday through Saturday night, from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. for paving.


State Road 60 Milling & Resurfacing Project

Restrictions:

  • One outside lane in either direction of State Road 60 may be closed around the clock from 7 a.m. Monday through 7 p.m. Friday for sidewalk and drainage work.

  • The outside eastbound lane of State Road 60 from 38th Avenue to 33rd Avenue is closed around the clock for emergency drainage work.

  • Up to two lanes in either direction of State Road 60 will be closed Sunday through Thursday night from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. for paving.


U.S. 1 at Roseland Road in Sebastian

Restrictions:

  • One northbound lane of U.S. 1 will be closed Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. through Sept. 7 for utility work.
