PROJECT PROGRESS


The contractor has completed work on this project and the project has been issued Final Acceptance by the FDOT.
The High Occupancy Vehicle (HOV) Lane from just south of Indiantown to just south of Donald Ross Road is now open and HOV restrictions are being enforced. HOV lanes require two or more occupants in a vehicle during the peak travel hours of 7 a.m. to 9 a.m., and 4 p.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday. The traffic fine for violating the HOV restrictions is $60, plus court costs and administrative fees. A non-contested violation includes $106 in court costs and administrative fees. No points are assessed for the violation.
There are no traffic restrictions and all lanes are open.
