Scope of Work:

• Repave the existing pavement
• Reconstruct sidewalk
• Upgrade curb ramps to meet Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards
• Upgrade pedestrian signals, intersection lighting, pavement markings, and signing to latest standards

Construction Impacts:

• Temporary single lane closures during off-peak hours will be required.
• Milling and Resurfacing will take place during the night and be sequenced to reduce the effects of construction on the community
• Access to adjacent properties will be maintained at all times
