Scope of Work:
The project improvements include installing solar-powered traffic signs equipped with modern technology that detects bicyclists and activates flashing signals to warn drivers, improving safety for cyclists; installing Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) cameras to enhance real-time traffic monitoring and improve motorist safety; upgrading the Advanced Transportation Management System (ATMS) technology to enhance coordination with the Regional Traffic Management Center (RTMC), improving traffic flow and enabling faster incident response; installing new traffic loops to optimize signal changes, enhancing safety and efficiency of the infrastructure.
