Scope of Work:
- Repave the existing roadway to extend the service life.
- Add “shared lane” pavement markings to allow bicycle access along vehicle lanes.
- Adjust manhole tops and valves as needed for even drivable surfaces.
- Reconstruct damaged sidewalks and pull boxes to increase walkable surfaces.
- Upgrade pedestrian curb ramps to add detectible warning surfaces where they are missing to meet American with Disabilities Act standards at various intersections.
Construction Impacts:
- Work will be done in phases to reduce the impacts to the community.
- Temporary lane closures will be required.
- Pedestrian traffic will be maintained at all times.
- Access to properties along the corridor will be maintained during construction.
