Project Limits: From south of E. Linton Boulevard to north of SR 806/E. Atlantic Avenue

Public Meeting: The public meeting will be held both in person and virtually simultaneously on Wednesday, September 20, 2023, at 6 p.m. at the Swinton Operations Complex located at 434 S. Swinton Avenue, Delray Beach, FL 33444.

Construction Start Date: Fall 2024

Completion Date: Winter 2025

Estimated Construction Cost: $2.15 million

Scope of Work:

• Repaving the existing roadway from CR-782/E. Linton Boulevard to Casuarina Road
• Installing pedestrian signal features at the Casuarina Road signal and at midblock crossings
• Upgrading lighting at signalized intersections and midblock crossings

Construction Impacts:

• Nighttime work will be performed within the project limits in non-residential areas
• Flagging Operations will be used to direct one lane of traffic at a time
• Work will be done in phases to reduce the effects of construction on the community
• Access to properties adjacent to the corridor will be maintained throughout construction
