Scope of Work: The project improvements consist of widening the road to accommodate bike lanes, creating a continuous sidewalk on the south side of the road, constructing roundabouts at Nob Hill Road, University Drive, and Parkside Drive, adding an additional eastbound left turn lane onto U.S. 441/S.R. 7, milling and resurfacing the roadway, and upgrading signage and pavement markings.
