Scope of Work:
Project improvements along SW 45th Street/Orange Drive consist of upgrading existing drainage structures to improve long-term resilience and longevity of critical infrastructure; adding a continuous concrete sidewalk along the north side of SW 45th Street/Orange Drive to enhance safety and connectivity for pedestrians; and upgrading curb ramps, pavement markings, and signage to improve visibility and accessibility.
Project improvements along Taft Street consist of milling and resurfacing the existing roadway within the project limits to ensure long-term resilience; upgrading existing drainage structures to improve long-term resilience and longevity of critical infrastructure; adding an 8-foot to 11-foot shared-use path along the north side of Taft Street to enhance safety and connectivity for pedestrians; and upgrading curb ramps, pavement markings, and signage to improve visibility and accessibility.
