Scope of Work:

• Repave and restripe the existing roadway
• Add lighting along corridor
• Reconstruct pedestrian sidewalk curb ramps
• Upgrade pedestrian signalization at 13th Avenue intersection
• Add special emphasis crosswalks at signalized intersections
• Replace and upgrade signage impacted by construction

Construction Impacts:

• Work will be done in phases to reduce the inconvenience to the community.
• No nighttime work will be done to avoid construction noise impacts.
• Temporary lane closures will be required during daytime hours.
• Detours will be required for the milling and resurfacing operations in front of 700 thru 750 Hollywood Blvd. Detours are anticipated to be limited to weekdays and are estimated to last a few days.
• Access to residents and businesses will be maintained at all times.
